As SENDCo’s we understand that our approach is graduated and evidence based. With this in mind, Jessica’s services have been designed on a universal, targeted and specialist level.
School Commissioned SENDCo
An option to commission Jessica (qualified SENDCo) for a set time as a supporting or Acting SENDCo within an educational setting to carry out the key responsibilities as stated in the SEND Code of Practice (2015).
SENDCo Supervision
For newly qualified or experienced leaders of SEND. In order to look after those in our setting, we must look after ourselves. Jessica provides professional guidance & confidential support to keep your emotional bucket balanced but also the space to think strategically about one’s own practice.
SEND Input & Support
To facilItate inclusive practice for PgCE & ECT programs and whole school Inset.
School SEND Reviews
To offer an alternative lens in a fully supportive, non judgemental way to provide guidance and recommendations.
SENDCo Mentoring and Support
To newly qualified SENDCo’s and those completing their National Award in SEN Coordination in implementing all aspects of the SEND Code of Practice (2015).
SEND Administration
For short-term support during periods of increased workload. Jessica can provide a broad range of services to assist a SENDCo in fulfilling their role.
Consultancy for Mainstream / Specialist / Independent Secondary SENDCo’s
​Jessica offers support to SENDCo’s on an individual, targeted and whole school level in a cost effective way to achieve value for money & improved outcomes. This package is tailored according to the needs, dynamics & priorities of the setting and is completely bespoke. Following a period of input, Jessica provides a written report of observations, key themes & recommendations that can be shared with the wider school community, referenced in school development plans & support wider discussions around curriculum design, succession planning & staffing.
SEND Training For Health & Social Care Professionals
Jessica offers support and guidance to social workers & family practitioners to maximise impact of interventions, where families have children with emerging or identified SEND.
